Probate & Estate Administration

Probate or intestate administration is the process by which a person’s estate is settled after death. Assets are transferred and debts settled either in accordance with a person’s will, or if there is no will, under the law of intestacy. The process in Washington is relatively inexpensive and efficient relative to other jurisdictions. I handle uncontested probate and estate administration with an eye toward making the process easy and understandable in light of what is often an emotional time.
